Established during the pandemic, ATX serves as a dynamic platform designed to support the African travel industry in navigating the rapidly evolving landscape of travel policies.
 

Founded in 2020 by experienced professionals Linda van der Veen and Henry Hallward, ATX merges Linda’s event production skills with Henry’s technological background and extensive safari knowledge. Together, they developed a tailored solution for the African travel industry—an innovative online travel expo or workshop platform that provides stakeholders with a simulated travel expo experience, allowing for seamless connection and engagement from the convenience of their desktops.

Exhibitors benefit from digital booths equipped with a suite of tools to effectively promote their products and services, including:
 

• Virtual Meeting rooms accommodating up to four participants simultaneously.
• Screen sharing capabilities for PowerPoint and video presentations.
• Promotional videos and downloadable documents for attendees to peruse.
• Detailed reports in PDF and Excel format encompassing booth visits, meeting requests, and views/downloads of marketing materials.

Attendees can enjoy a efficient digital expo experience, entering a welcome area upon login. They can then easily navigate an exhibitor menu equipped with search filters, utilise a messaging system for meeting requests, and access a downloadable summary of their activities in PDF or Excel format for future follow-up.
